This policy explains what information Careggi LLC ("Careggi", "we", "us") collects through careggi.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Careggi LLC is a Delaware limited liability company that provides marketing and patient acquisition services to medical clinics. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

Information we collect

• Booking a call. When you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your clinic. We receive these details so we can prepare for and hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies to that information.
• Contacting us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Using the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies and gives us totals, not profiles of individual visitors.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It lets Meta collect or receive information from this site, such as the pages you view and whether you book a call, using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. Meta and we use this information to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may combine it with information it collects elsewhere on the internet. Meta's Privacy Policy applies to Meta's use of it.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to you, schedule and hold calls, provide our services to clinics we work with, measure and improve our advertising, and keep the site secure.

How we share information

We share information only with the providers that run these services for us: Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), and Google (business email). We don't sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can manage the ads Meta shows you in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

How long we keep information

We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Children

This site is for clinic owners and staff. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
